1. Carrot Apple Juice

Benefit:
• This fruit and vegetable juice is rich in multivitamins, beta-carotenes and antioxidants that cleans digestive system rom toxins as well as helps body fight against cancer and many other diseases. This recipe uses lemon and salt that balances out the sweet taste of apple making it more palatable and fun to drink.

Ingredients:
• 1 large apple, cored and chopped
• 5 carrots, peeled and chopped
• ½ lemon or lime
• ¾ cup of water

Directions:
i. Process apple pieces and carrots alternatively through a juicer and pour ¾ cup of water in the juicer.
ii. Squeeze out the lemon juice over collected juice.
iii. Fill up serving glasses and enjoy.

 

2. Banana Apple Juice

Benefit:
• Apples are high in vitamins and minerals C, A, and B, potassium, iron, and phosphorus. Various researches have shown that consuming it can aid in weight loss, healthy digestion, the prevention of cancer, and the lowering of “bad” LDL cholesterol. Bananas are a fantastic source of potassium and fiber. They also contain good amounts of Vitamin C, B6 and manganese.

Ingredients:
• 2 large bananas, sliced
• ½ apple, cored and chopped
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 ½ cups milk or water (milk is preferable)

Directions:
i. Wash the bananas and apple, and pat dry them.
ii. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Peel and cut apple into halves. Take one portion and cut into medium pieces, keep another half for other use.
iii. Add banana chunks, apple pieces and honey in a blender jar.
iv. Add milk or water.
v. Blend all ingredients together until smooth puree.
vi. Check the consistency, if you feel that it is too thick, then add more milk to dilute it and blend it again for 5 seconds. Pour it into serving glasses, garnish with a banana wheel and serve.

 

3. Orange Mango Juice

Benefit:
• A cup of mango is filled with 25% rda Vitamin A. Vitamin A promotes good eyesight and prevents dry eyes. It is also an abundant source of Vitamin E; which is why mangos have the nick name ‘love fruit’. The Vitamin E in mangoes helps regulate sex hormones and boost sex drive.
• There is an antioxidant found in mangoes called Zeaxanthin. This antioxidant filters out harmful blue light rays and is thought to play a protective role in eye health. This is an all-round good for your health and everything else juice. It tastes sublime and is loaded with nourishing vitamins and minerals that help promote inner and outer health.

• 1 mango, cored and chopped
• 3 oranges, peeled and chopped
• 600ml filtered water
• Honey (optional)

Directions:
i. Wash all the ingredients and pour inside the juicer.
ii. Add water.
iii. Blend all ingredients together until smooth puree and add in some honey.
iv. Pour it into serving glass and enjoy!

 

4. Strawberry Kiwi Juice

Benefit:
• Make this when you want a large dose of vitamin C. Kiwifruit contain more of the antioxidant than oranges, and strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, too. Kiwifruit has also been shown to support eye health.

Ingredients:
• 4 cups strawberry halves
• 1 cup quartered peeled kiwifruit (about 2 kiwifruit)
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
• 3 tablespoons honey
• Ice (optional)

Directions:
• Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until thoroughly chilled. Serve over ice, if desired.

 

5. Banana Kiwi Juice

Benefit:
• A simple, tropical delight to help you keep your weight and your strength up during treatment! Aside from its deliciously refreshing fruity taste, you’ll get protein, vitamin C, fats in lauric acid, potassium, and a slew of other vitamins and minerals to help keep you nourished through treatment.

Ingredients:
• 2 kiwis
• 1 big banana, frozen
• ½ orange
• ¼ cup milk (or soy milk)
• 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

i. Wash all the ingredients, peeled and chopped into pieces.
ii. Pour into the juicer and add milk.
iii. Blend all ingredients together until smooth puree and add in some honey.
iv. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!

 

6. Tomato Cucumber Juice

Benefit:
• You should definitely keep tomatoes in mind when it comes to improving your heart health. Thanks to their enzymes and minerals, they can help you reduce so-called bad cholesterol, while stimulating blood circulation and keeping blood clots from forming.
• Cucumbers are enriched with B vitamins, which make them ideal as an energy drink. A glass of cucumber will give you more nutrients than any artificial energy drink and help you stay active during the day.

ii. Pour the ingredients into juicer and add water

7. Apple & Celery Juice

Benefit:
• Celery has a compound called Phthalide, which can reduce high blood pressure by relaxing the vessels that blood flows through.
• Inflammatory diseases like arthritis, osteoporosis, gout and even asthma can respond very well to regular celery juice in your diet. This may be in large part due to two special compounds called luteolin and polyacetylenes, both present in large amounts in celery. And of course, it is also a cancer fighter too.

iii. Blend all ingredients together until smooth puree and add in some honey.
iv. Pour it into serving glass and enjoy!

 

8. Honeydew & Cabbage Juice

9. Tomato Lemon Juice

Benefit:

Ingredients:
• Tomatoes, lemon, honey (optional), 250ml water

Directions:
i. Tomatoes chopped into pieces, lemon chopped halves.
ii. Pour tomatoes into juicer, add in water, and then add in lemon juice.
iii. Blend it smoothly and add in honey.
iv. Serve into a glass and done!

 

10. Cucumber Kiwi Juice

Benefit:
